My FSE 2006 submission is done and sent off, and I'm not even insane. Perhaps I need to reconsider my position on the failings of medication.

I seem to have confirmed that sleeping pills cause my body to be unable to sleep. I am not sleeping well but I did actually manage to get to sleep, which was an improvement over the past week or so.

This makes me wonder what the antidepressants are doing. It would be in theme, as it were, for them to make me actually more depressed. I imagine we'll see.

It turns out the prescription strength sleeping pills my psychiatrist gave me to counteract some of the apparent effects of the antidepressant I'm on aren't having any effect.
